@Gramma Chick i hope you and cowboy feel better. Seems like I read about using Vaseline on legs for scaly mites, that might work in winter as it’s used to prevent frostbite too

Ya I have a few that are acting rooish. She was just out of the bator here. I named her Betty white (she has since started feathering with paint spots)because I thought she was white and hatched on Betty whites birthday but I’ve thought the same as you might be a roo.congrats ...on new chicks and non frosty chickens .
