Yeah!!! It is about time that the got busy...Maybe all they needed was a little more room.

OMG, I've never been so happy to see a silkie egg! My Brinsea is all set so I just stuck 7 (that's all that fits) in there (2 of which are those two new eggs). The last 4 from the eggs I bought will go in the LG and then come day 5 or 6 when I candle if there are any that are clear, I'll remove and maybe all developing ones will fit in the Brinsea till the end.

Didn't get done today what I wanted to. DH (DH is for Dumb A** Husband) decided he was going to plow a path to the propane tanks. The guy kind of yelled at me that it wasn't shoveled out and said that he wasn't going to fill us up next time if it wasn't shoveled next time.. Well anyway DH in his glorious manhood decided to use the plow truck to plow a path and when he was almost to the tanks he got the truck stuck! He just didn't get it stuck, he buried it in the soft mud where we got the septic tank fixed last year. It took us all afternoon to get it unstuck. So needless to say I didn't get the coops cleaned. The Chicken coop isn't that bad but the duck hut is soaked. So I'm going to have to get it done tomorrow before it freezes again.

they've got bags of other stuff too. Celery can be frozen and carrots too. Saved for soups and stuff. They do have kale I'm sure. Since the chickens can't get grass I just toss some of this stuff with a hand full of granite grit on it and they love it.

Its just DW and I so we don't use a lot of it.

Now I saw some Splash Ameraucana eggs for sale on the sale part and I do like those but to expensive for me. Who here has Ameraucanas?

I do. But only one pure ameruaca hen, so eggs would be a problem. Maybe someone else does too.

OMG, seriously? A truck? Across the lawn? On the warmest day since October? I hear there is an auction part of this forum. Maybe you can get good money for him on there?

I hope you get your cleaning done tomorrow. Shouldn't your DH help ya out? I mean, really, you earned it.
