I've got them too, if you don't mind me answering also

Mine are very friendly, especially the female, since I hatched them myself. They are strong animals, though, and you need a good fence to keep them in. My fence is seven feet tall. They can jump over lower fences.
Mine are pets and guard animals (woe to the fox that tries to eat a chicken in THAT pen) but in general they are raised for meat, and the big money to be made from them is from their oil, which is rendered from their fat.
