Starbuck's will never get me to help them get rich. I never drink their coffee, even though I drink a lot of coffee. ;)

I think their coffee tastes burned. I said this for years and now quality studies show many people think this. Luckily I live in the Pacific Northwest and we have plenty of independents and small chains instead of SB on every corner.

Our one little OD has been pecking and pushing more than 24 hours but got stuck for several hours halfway through its zip, so we pulled it out a half hour ago. Its membranes were all dried out, so we moistened them and gently picked away a little bit of shell along the zip line. It's back in the bator with a damp paper towel loosely around its egg, peeping and rocking. Hopefully it will get out the rest of the way on its own by morning!

I have only drank one cup of Starbuck's before, and that was because I wanted a coffee while I was waiting for my plane at an airport a few year's ago. I really didn't care for it.

Good luck with it!

I use coconut oil to moisten the membrane..put it gently with cotton/earbuds. It provided electrolytes as well and helps to see if there are any veins.
