Cuz Easter Eggers and Ameraucanas are the same thing, duh.Love this. Though I can’t help but wonder.... why is the EE named Ameraucana instead of Easter? Why is it the only one named after a different breed?

One of my family members really likes Ameraucanas and EEs, and just the word Ameraucana too (it sounds round and fluffy). They don't care whether it is purebred or not, as long as it has a beard and muff.Love this. Though I can’t help but wonder.... why is the EE named Ameraucana instead of Easter?
