I have one sapphire gem hen, who I’m not sure what age she is. She laid great all summer and up until December. she’s now standing in this weird position and not as dominant. She still runs and moves around when I let the out to free range but she is still standing in a weird position when she does it. She is eating and drinking fine and has been like this for a few weeks. All of my other girls are happy and healthy.

I agree she may have internal parasites, but if she does, all the birds do.

She may have a cramped muscle. It could be anywhere. If you can handle her, you could very gently massage her neck, then shoulders. Just as long as she allows it, then let her go. It may take more than one session. It could also be a problem with the pelvis or thigh. Same thing, massage if she will let you.
