Odd mix ducks, by accident

Lol thanks! I would take anybody ducks in-need in for them. I'm holding a Lady's 2 runners for her. She s convincing her husband about them LOL. And its green now for the most part butt.. My dad cut the grass super short so its dieing from the heat. Consecutive high 80's into the 90's crazy for Pa this much. O.O And I'm going to try to get all 4 on the quad for a group pic. Hope their cooperative!

Sasa, those babies are way too adorable. I wish I was all set up and closer, as we are wanting to get some ducks. My grandmother had a white duck when I was young that I adored. Lucy was an awesome duck. My significant other is wanting something more colorful than plain old white, so he's thinking about getting some Welsh Harliquans, or something that is not a solid color.

I wish you were closer too, the ducks I am re-homing are all different colors from cream and cream/silver, to buff/white, to black, to brown. I'm from CA, what part of No.Ca are you in? I love your profile pic, that looks like a Mini horse? I have 3, aren't they fun?

I'm near Sacramento. I have 12 minis right now, 15 if you count my significant others 3. Six of them are for sale right now, as this years foals were meant to be offered (3 babies). The one I was intending to keep ended up not pregnant. I decided to change my direction a bit, so am offering my stallion. And one of the mares I just don't get a long with, so she's available as well. They are extremely fun, and are good friends with our neighbors free range chickens. They tend to have more personality than big horses, and are safe for me to handle, with my bad knee. I can't wait to see their faces when I get some Jersey Giants. The neighbors chicken are gamebird stock... the leftovers from the last renters fighting stock (and very glad they left, they were not nice people- for more reasons than just the abuse their chickens suffered). Gladly, these hens and the last roo or two will never be fought, and seem quite happy to run around the paddocks and hunt bugs while begging rides from the minis.

Your chickens sit on the Minis? Get a photo and post it here, I'd love to see that. You live in a beautiful area, I wouldn't mind being there. I lived in L.A, S.D., The Russian River area and Paso Robles. I would like to return to Paso one day. I'm north of Boulder on some farm land. My 3 Minis are 2 mares, Mother and Daughter, and a gelding (just gelded 3 weeks ago). I want to re-home one of the mares because she needs training I don't know how to do, she's 3 and her first owners never worked with her. She's very smart though, even more than the other 2 and she will learn quickly with the right person. She is just like a little Arabian, she even flags her tail when she runs. My ducks like to hang out in the corral with them. Minis are so sweet.

I'm glad you rescued the poor chickens so they get to live normal chicken lives.

My Minis, back when they were still wooly from winter. That's my (then) stallion in the middle, the white one is the Daughter.
