They do not have to be edible. You can enter both pets and livestock. Can't wait to see your bunnies.

Then how come the first rule says this? Might be a bit confusing.

I can see I worded that incorrectly. If a species is considered livestock than it can be entered even if you consider it a pet. Whether it's on the menu in the future or not.

Thanks! She is glossy and bossy. I am constantly stunned by how pretty she is. Her bondmate also had big personality, but Hope had a weird love for highly dysregulated, screaming 3-5 year olds when she was working.

Official BYC 2022 Summer Fair
Livestock Show
Ends August 21st, 2022​

The livestock program at a fair offers an opportunity to showcase the best in a variety of farm animals, such as:
Cattle: Beef & Dairy Bulls, cows, and calves
Sheep: Rams, ewes & lambs
Goats: Bucks, does & kids
Rabbits: Bucks, does, and kits
Swine: Boars, sows, & piglets
and everything in between.

This is your chance to show off your non-poultry farm animals! We’re looking for the best-looking 4-legged farm animals you have (well-groomed and healthy counts).

In this contest, the winners will be picked using a random number generator.

Rules:

1. All livestock except equines & poultry are allowed. Poultry, equines, or pets are not allowed.
2. Four entries per member. An entry is a picture of *your* livestock anima. One entry per post.
3. No excessive photo editing, but basic cropping and poop removal is allowed.
4. No screenshots, watermarks, date stamps, text, etc. on the picture.
5. ALL pictures MUST be uploaded to BYC and not hosted on other image sites, personal websites, etc.
6. We will use a random number generator to select our winners for this Contest.
7. All BYC rules apply - Terms of Service (Rules)
8. Prizes are limited to one per person per contest.
9. Entries will be accepted until August 21st at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

Prizes

Place	Prize
First Place	$50 BYC Store Gift Certificate or a 1-year PFM ($60 value) for yourself or a friend.
Second Place	$30 BYC Store Gift Certificate or a 6-month PFM ($35 value) for yourself or a friend.
Third Place	A Fair Foods Cookbook (see pictured below) or a 3-month PFM ($20 value) for yourself or a friend.

BYC Store Gift Certificates and the cookbook are available to winners that reside in the United States. If the winners are outside of the United States they will be awarded the PFM instead.
