Sorry, I was so hungry I took a bite out of it...keto bread, egg and ham cooked in butter, and red eye gravy...I'm in heaven no matter how gross it looks!

My favorite ham company went out of business (harpers) so we mostly get Clifty farms now…..not sure what options you have in Cali

Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on Brioche

• 2 thick slices of fluffy Brioche bread, lightly pan-toasted with butter​
• 2 slices baby Swiss cheese​
• ** 2 Bantam Cochin eggs, over-easy​
• 3 slices of homegrown bacon​
• 1 slice of a giant homegrown tomato​
• Butter for frying​
• Salt and pepper to taste​

**No substitutions. Must be bantam Cochin eggs.

I’ll be making one of these as soon as one of the hens decides to honor me with an egg
