I play club soccer and made it to level 4 in odp(means Olympic development program). In odp you either play other states or other countries. I played in Minnesota after marking it to phase 4. I played for Ohio and played north and South Dakota, California, and Florida. I’m hoping to become a pro soccer player some day. I guess it’s not really a hobby per say but I consider it one.

My third hobby is writing. When I was a kid my stepdad (who later adopted me - MUCH later, I was 36) was larger than life, figuratively and literally. I'd never seen a man who stood 6'4 before. I was just a little girl and I stuttered, badly. I'd get so frustrated and the more upset I got the worse it got. Then one day this gentle giant, still almost a stranger to me in a lot of ways, told me that if something was important enough for me to want to say, then it was important enough that he wanted to know and understand. So he suggested that I write it down. He promised me that if I did that, he'd read every word. And he did. We'd talk about what I'd written, but because the thoughts had already gone from my mind to his "in advance", it was easier for me to get through the sentences that it took to have a conversation. Gradually, year by year, the stuttering diminished. I still do it from time to time when I get overexcited or nervous, as @N F C probably noticed, but it didn't take too long in her company to become comfortable enough to just let a few stutters slip by.

You know B, I was so excited to meet you and enjoyed your company so much, I don't remember hearing any stutters. And it wouldn't have mattered anyway.
P.S. You need to get that book done. I want an autographed copy!

My number one hobby is caring for my flock but that hobby has moved me to learn to sew which I absolutely love doing! A few years ago, my mom gave me her old sewing machine when she got a new one. This was the old one that she had I was a kid and I remembered her making Halloween costumes for my brother and I. It sat in the closet collecting dust for a while until after I started keeping chickens. Then I learned about chicken saddles and was very intrigued by them. I ordered a few but then decided that I wanted to try to make them on my own so I dug out that dusty old machine and learned how to use it. I now make and sell LF, bantam and even turkey sized saddles. They took a lot of trial and error to perfect but it's now something I love doing.

Learning to sew these saddles opened the door to sewing other things too. Last fall, my mom and I got our machines together and worked for a few months to make a quilt for my dad for Christmas. He had numerous old T-shirts from events that he had participated in or that pertained to his hobbies that he told my mom to toss. She hid them instead until we could do this. We even made 2 pillows to go with it. And this year, I modified a giant old Teddy Bear into a Halloween costume for my son lol

Your aprons are so cool! Love the bright prints! And that quilt is a great way of keeping memories.

Second hobby—Art
Same deal as photography. I'm no professional, but I have fun. I should start doing some stuff again.
I've already uploaded most of it on here, so I'll just give you the link.

The first one has my better work. The second has more B-grade pieces I only showed because I got my arm twisted. Don't laugh, please.
And here's some things I've done since then...

The middle one was for an art prompt of a doorknob. The last one might be more photograph-y, but it was digitally edited and planned out as more artistic than a photograph.
and better at drawing etc everytime I see your new stuff!! keep it up sweets, such talent!

that is cool! got a ton of trophys to show us?

Sometimes I have extreme fun with soaps, this is Love Spell a very light and sweet fragrance, cant wait to cut it, has a pinkish/red swirling inside! Always a treat to cut them! I am not allowed to cut soap unless I ask my mother to come watch first! lol she helps me so much, yes a huge blessing to have her so close and so frequently in my life, lover to bits!

HarmonyAnn and I sat for five hours yesterday making some fun embeds out of soap to add to soaps for fun. She was a trooper, I dont have many molds so we had to keep alternating them. We molded about two lbs or so of soap! I used half of these and I have to make some coffee soap that I like to put the embeds that look like coffee beans on top.

Pics are not true to color, and its all glittery on the roses too. On to the next two loafs, gonna do a bunch.
