You can also create a sentient being to attach to your home... When we completed building our home I created a dragon spririt to protect it.. I make offerings to it of fire or incense for keeping the home and all my children safe..

Actually yes I do .. I love dragons and have always connected with them./.. I did originally get the idea for the house dragon but made me the ritual myself...​

ON the description you give of how the energy feels is the very first time in my life I ever heard some one else describe the feeling EXACTLY the way it feels for me! I used to describe it as walking through sticky spider webs, but gauzy curtains sounds so much nicer!! LOL!

And I agree that there are very different energies. There are left overs energies from a strong event or something like a replay loop of some event. Like there is a very old meeting house near us where a battle of the civil war occurred. Every time I go by I see three people standing on the front porch - two women and a man. I don't know anything about it other than that they are there.

Other times like with my Marine it is a specific being trying to convey something. It is completely different.

I also get a push pull desire to go into high energy places and the desire to avoid them. Do any of you feel the same way? The contact is sometimes pleasant and sometimes not. But, hard to not want to trigger just to feel it.... I am not explaining myself well.

i love dragon magik! i always liked them since i was a kid and remembered going to Disney in Florida. a guy performing in front of the China area at Epcot was making wax figures and giving them out at the crowd. i ended up with one in the shape of a Chinese dragon! i keep a little dragon statue in my house as an attractant to any passing dragons that might see it and want to stay.

Ditto on the cool! I'd love to hear more about drawing in good critters.
I feel very safe in my current home. It's a geodesic dome with very comforting vibes about it. All the windows are pentagrams, which I'm not sure I buy into, but is kind of interesting. I also feel like having a bunch of sleeping dogs inside at night adds to the goodness.
SO and I were talking about that the other day, and neither of us could figure out quite how to describe it. Something like, having more minds in our "family pack" adding to the strength of our protective energy.
I think healthy, happy dogs can be very protective, both physically AND spiritually.

The last place I lived had VERY BAD energy. I don't know more about it than that, SO is much more sensitive about those things than I am.
Glad I moved, though.

COOL, I have used the sticky spider web analogy myself!!!
Yes I am familiar with the push-pull desire. I am a pussy foot "naturalist" type, so often I just leave and do not go to those places, even when they feel good. Just my habit of not wanting to leave "footprints" in the snow.
