You know that that could have just been a typo on Mille Fleur, sometmes the left hand goes faster than the right hand so that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
As far as the dominiker thing goes that is very common among the older folks ( I'm talking older than me) I'm 48. They see a black and white speckled chicken and automatically say "dominiker", that reaklly isn't that big of a deal really, I just over look it with the older folks, but usually correct the younger folk.
