Trio Lavender 50% Faverolles - $150 (Tampa 33619)

I am offering a 5 month old breeding trio of LARGE FOWL Lavender project faverolles. When bred together these chickens will produce 100% lavender color chicks. They are not a recognized variety for showing nor are they fully developed with total faverolles type. However, they could be used as showmanship birds. This is the situation I am looking for : someone interested in a private flock of lavender producing birds that is mainly interested in just the color. Preferably these would be your only back yard flock. They are 50% faverolles. They are a project bird so no, they do not have all of the faverolles characteristics (if they were there already the price would be triple+). This trio represents in numbers 3 out of less than 20 in the entire country. To state they are rare is an understatement. When the females reach age of lay the egg color will be light brown and be of a medium to large size.
These are LARGE FOWL. Meaning they are big chickens and will grow even bigger. You must bring cages that are suitable for LARGE FOWL (2 cages/carriers at least, 3 is better). If you show up with bantam sized holes going into the cage for transport you will leave with no chickens. If you bring an open truck and think you're going to put them in the back unprotected you will leave with no chickens. If you have a hoard of chickens please DO NOT APPLY. I personally do not keep a hoard myself and my birds do not do well when they are put in a situation of that nature. If you would be interested in becoming a part of the national project of creating lavender faverolles (many years to perfect) I am willing to talk about the sale of a salmon male (my pick) with this trio. They went to a debit card system in OK because so many people were doing this. Or going to a c-store and buying a piece of candy with a 20$ food stamp and getting cash for change. (Which wasn't "suppose" to happen but did all the time anyway.)
