oh no what did I do???

I am new to this group and just read that I am not to feed potato peels and onions to chickens. What have I done?? Does this hurt them? Mine havent laid eggs in 5 days and I am slowing falling into a deep depression. Please help me!!!

Hello, I don't think you should worry very much about that for one reason,what if they were free ranging and got into a pile of old vegies thrown away outside! we always throw all our vegies into the garden to compose them and believe me they eat only what they want.

Calm down. I have made this mastake too. just don't do it again. I would watch them for awhile, but they may be molting and that maybe the reason for no eggs. I hope this helps.
