OHio ~ Come on Buckeyes, let me know your out there!

Cocci would be my first guess, too. Sulmet or Corid for 5-6 days.(I prefer the Corid, Sulfa drugs only treat certain types of cocci; Corid is pretty broad-spectrum) With any luck they'll be happy and perky again very soon. And SFH chicks are the best! They're so darn cute, and yours are lovely, minihorse :) My oldest girl just started laying a few weeks ago, and I'm looking forward to a second generation!

I've got some doing the same thing but they are a little younger. I'm treating with sulfadimethoxine and they are coming around. I've also been keeping a heat lamp over part of their cage and they stand right under it. I'm thinking they are battling cocci and the corid didn't help these two much.

Does yours have it's feathers fluffed up and stand kinda hunched with its head drawn into it's body?

She just stands sleeping and cleaning herself. My husband thinks she might be egg bound but I don't see anything she feels light for how big she is. I tries to give her a green tomatoe but she didnt show any interest in it. When I get on my regular computer I will post a few pictures. I haven't seen poop to check the color on that.
We got 2 new hens about 3-4 weeks ago they had some leg mites that we been treating. Also for 2 weeks been putting vetx in whole flock water which he read should have been a de wormer. She is the only one acting like this

Oh, I have two extra choc orps if anyone is interested. Pm me for details. I'm only allowed to keep 3 and already have 2 sold. Greefire and marc scarce (?) Lines.

I'm telling ya, mlaff, BYC is a dangerous place to hang out!
