OHio ~ Come on Buckeyes, let me know your out there!

Big Medicine~ Are you going to the Troy swap? We probably won't make it this time. We went to the one in spring. I have showgirls hopefully coming from the Delaware swap and DH says no more right now. He would have to build something to make more room and his plate is full right now. Maybe we will make the next spring swap.

AWWW! I thought he was better!! I'm not familiar with horse ailments, so I hope upper fixation isn't serious.
Basically his makes are in a weakened state and because of that his joint is not popping back into place like it should. He can not bend the stifle or his hock. The stifle is the joint below the hip and the hock is the "knee"on his hind leg.

Is anyone looking for black silkie eggs right now? If anyone is interested, I'm going to sell anything I get from the pair from today till next Thursday. Should be 5+ eggs $15 prefer not to ship them but if someone was then shipped than it will be an extra $12

I do, but I won't have any chicken money until October :(

Same here. :(

its 20x24, i will probably just take it apart and re-assemble it down there. i hadnt finished it because i caught wind of our situation a while back. the hard part will be taking all the cages out, i built most of them to the walls.  we did find a mobile home today, my DW is signing the paperwork tomorrow to have it moved and set up on the property.

Wow, that was quick. When we finally decided to move here from KY (only 40 minutes away), it took over a year to actually get out here lol. That's great, though!

what is the troy swap?
It is a large swap that is located in Troy ohio at the montomery county fairgrounds. I've only been there once and that was this past spring. They have a little of everything. There was a large metal building that had nothing but fowl. Chickens and ducks are what I remember seeing. All kinds. I'm not sure of the dates, but you could probably google it. Big Medicine posted a link about 10 (?) pages ago.

That is great!! Well, sounds like a lot of work, but it will be worth it all when it gets done and you get all settled, knowing that this it is yours.

It sounds good though.  Moving the barn should be no problem for you! How big is it? If it is a big barn, I would come down to see that!! I find it fascinating how that process is done!
