8 degrees below this AM. That was @ 7:30. I went out to check my girls and collect any eggs before they could freeze on me. The waterer is frozen solid. Guess the heater isn't doing it's job. I plugged in a heat lamp to see if I can thaw it out, but will be taking a back up waterer out in just a bit. I already had 3 eggs.

It is freezing! They don't have many pictures but they have lots of different birds.
I went out to the barn today, and a family of sparrows had roosted on my extension cords, and unplugged my heat lamps......needless to say, all of my waterers were frozen solid!

Yes, it is freezing out. We've been going out twice a day to thaw out waters for our rabbits.
