My girlfriend signed her Christmas cards "Love Sam, Julie and Bump" when she was pregnant with her first.

My first one was called peanut and tater tot. And the second, I can't remember. I just remember when she was born the nurses and doctors called her ornery baby because all she wanted to do was eat. And if she couldn't do that she wasn't happy. I see now it was just her nature.

She does what she wants when she pleases. A very independent girl.

How exciting for you, Boyd! Not sure if I knew your wife was expecting. Congrats to both of you!

EDITED TO ADD: how about LITTLE FEET/FOOT cause belive me there is nothing cooler than to see a babies lil foot being pushed up against the moms stomach when you can count all five toes is see the heel is even cooler for sure.....

we were lucky and were able to find out the sex of our kids... but my friend was not... he called the baby bump squishy cause when he held his ear to his wifes tummy it always sounds squishy in there
