here is an idea for you

Oxine is nebulization - some people have used a rubbermaid tub with a sheet over as a "tank" or aquariums for smaller birds - with ventilation. I would go with Tylan50 though, and for 3 days - you don't want to short an antibiotic dose ever. It's 1 day after cessation of symptoms, no more than 3 days. 1 cc per 12.5 pound animal of Tylan50, 1/4th that for Tylan 200 which is 4 times as strong as the numbers suggest.

remember to tell her all the immune boosting stuff, particularly Vitamins A & E which are for respiratory and overall healing respectively, and again it wouldn't hurt to shotgun treat by giving turmeric as a possible aid against viruses.​

Thanks, Robin but when I went to check on him while the water was boiling he'd already died. I just can't believe it. I looked so hard for them and Mike held them for me for like a month because of the other stuff I was dealing with. I just loved that bird, he was so cool.
I brought her inside so I could keep an eye on her, she's going to miss him so much. Her breathing is perfect and she was eating as soon as I put her in the crate. I'm just sure he aspirated something to have gone downhill that fast. It's not about money at all. I'd have spent all my Christmas money for the next 5 yrs if I could've saved him

Michael, I'm so sorry. This poor little hen is going to be just lost. I was so wrong earlier when I said it wouldn't devastate me to lose an adult. Who was I trying to kid?

on feeding the baby goats...I'm surprised they only took 8 oz and 6 oz...I'm so used to bottle feeding calves that take 1/2 gallon at a feeding when two weeks old and by 4 weeks are taking a 3/4 to a gallon at a feeding. If you are not using replacer...is whole milk going to have the right sized fat particles that fresh goat's milk has. There is a difference in the size of the fat particles in cows milk and goats milk. Do yu have a source for fresh goats milk?

Nothing really inventive. Whole chicken with lots of garlic in & on it along with a whole onion & other spices on top. Cant remember if you do facebook but there is a Crockin Girls that have nothing but crock pot stuff.

Chicken stew in the crock pot:
Can of whole corn
Can of black beans or pinto
Package of taco seasoning
can of creen chilies
seasoning ( garlic, salt, pepper, onion)
Chicken
put in crock pot in order listed, juice and all from veggies, chicken on top, slow cook for 6 to 8 hours, debone and shred chicken at end of 6 to 8 hours, add back to veggies and spices, stir to combine, serve with tortillas or rice in the bowl or eat without.
