Hey Maryjo, I can go to the auction this Thursday, since I am taking Friday off to get my three teeth pulled.

Going to the auction would take my mind off of it. It would be great to see you there. They start at 5 with junk and stuff, which can be as good as the birds because stuff goes really cheap. Then they sell goats and lastly they sell chickens. I am going to have to make sure I get off work in time or I will not get there by 5.

Shavon the two little hens I got from are both laying,little bitty brown eggs!The roo's colors are just beautiful. And they are so mild mannered. I can put them with anything and they show no aggression at all,even the roo! Can't wait to get some hatched out to see what colors they throw!​

I hope you get some of those cute chocolate splash babies. I ended up losing my one. I really wanted to see how it feathered out. I think the pullets are starting to lay around here. I'm getting some tiny eggs every once in a while.

I am selling them for $10. There are 12-15 with only a couple of roos. If someone were to take the whole flock, I'd take $100 for all of them.

I am back in the bird business!

new pen was completed today but still need to build a coupe. Thought that I could move the old one form the old homestead but it will not fit through the door.

I have a pair of Columbian Banty Cochins and a Partridge Banty rooster that I need to get rid of if anybody is interested in them.
