Blooms in January. Found these while taking the dogs out. A bit early huh!
And you need iron on patch for the holes in the pant legs. Several years ago had a roo spring an attack on me from behind while I was filling the feeder. He had never done anything aggressive before. Ripped two holes in my pants leg. The hole he left in my leg was the size of a 22 round and I bled like a stuck pig. He made great dumplings.Guys tip of the DayIf you are taking a high dose of blood thinner like I do, you should never ever use your leg to push your big Asil rooster out of the way when he is romancing one of his hens. And if you are not smart enough to know better than this, be sure to have lots of paper towels handy and be prepared to keep lots of pressure on the hole in your leg for a minimum of 30 minutes.
ROFLMAO!!! Thats so funny because I know just what you mean!
Yeah I think I may have to find some homers to introduce some yellow into the common flock. I have never seen yellow pop out in commons. And I love yellows! I'm going to cull all plain dark(the most common common colors) and try get a really colorful flock going.Guess I need to come up with some wierd name for them so I can call them a breed when some one ask what they are!lol I swear thats what is happening when I look on some sites and see breeds I have never heard of before!lol
