Okies in the BYC The Original

If I remember right Kenneth Kivttum has some fine black Giants. He is who you contact for the Pryor show as well. I had bought some from him when at Shawnee one year.

Here are a couple of pics of about a six or seven month old rooster that I got from him. Like I say I believe it was him. I can't find his card right now. Just click on the pic to enlarge it.

I have Jersey Giants also. I have Blue, blue splash (i think), black Roos. I have what I call lavender hen and 2 black hens. The Lav I have her with the blue splash(what I call the splash). I have some blue JG eggs in the incubator hoping they hatch in 2 weeks. Mail order!!! This is the breed I am going to breed. Come spring holler at me and we can see what I have.

Been too long since I've been on here! Don't even want to try and tell what all has happened but suffice it to say, life was full.
Anyway, We made it this far through the winter with 1 roo and 1 hen Welsummer. Would like to find more hens as I built a super-delux trios of pens for them, and had to move everyone to 1 pen for the sake of sanity. Short version, we had a bobcat kill most of our birds. So.... anyone got welsummers? Would also like to find a couple of nice white silkie hens. My son's 1 surviving hatchling if not getting along with it's father if you know what I mean

I am planning on going, hubby is going to a friends house to tear down a 50x50 metal building. FREE metal for a larger coop!!!!!!!!!! If I go to jones it will depend on if he gets back in time nnbreeder if I go I will look for the guy standing at the door.

Looks like myself and 2 of the boys are planning to go to Jones. I usually have a "Mounds Fire Department" hat on. I'll admit though that I'm not real out going, but don't be afraid to introduce yourself.

Alright! I will get to meet some BYC folks at the Jones auction tonight. We are taking some Boer goats, dutch rabbits and 3 month old chicks. I am hoping there will be some rabbit nest boxes to buy.
I will wear my yellow "Chillin with my peeps" shirt - over a long sleeved shirt of course.

The loaded baked 'tater at the snack bar there at the sale is pretty good. And Sonic is not too bad either.

First time we ate there at Sonic I was used to our local one and burned the roof of my mouth with a chedder pepper! It was hot!
