I will have Buff Orpington Hens, Rhode Island red hens, Black australop hens, Muskovey ducks, and Indian Duck for sale at the sale tomorrow that are my personal birds. I need to downsize and probably going to do some more soon.

P&B I will have your cages at the sale tomorrow too. I do have birds in them so that it insures that they arrive at the sale for you. Thanks!

Have you tried gargling with warm salt water to help your sore throat? (I used to hate it when my mother suggested it, but it helps

Gerald, the Egg Man, will be attending the Fletcher auction without me on Saturday. I have the pleasure (NOT) of working 10 hours overtime on Saturday night.

I'll miss the big crowd of Okies at the auction, but I'll sure be thinking of everyone & hope ya'll have a fantastic time.

We are on I-44 right now heading home from Joplin, MO .... with 9 new fainting goats in the back of the truck

Standard and Banty chickens, Some pure & lots of barn yard mix. As well as Guineas, Geese, Ducks, Swans, Pheasaants, Chuckers, and Turkeys. I'm also a plant nut, Especially exotic sub-tropicals.

Me too! (plants) Not as special as sub-tropicals but I have fancy begonias, fancy coneflowers, succulents and my favorite zinnias.
Zinnias may not be that special but I have loved zinnias since my Grandmother and I would mark the prettiest blooms with twist-ties from bread wrappers. Grandpa would save the dried seed heads when he pulled up the garden every fall and then plant them the next year. The blooms were huge and so colorful.
Now I have some crossbred blooms that are pale yellow and have red speckles. I call them Choctaw Speckled hen zinnias.
I found out that chickens love zinnia flowers and leaves.

Oh, I like all kind of plants too. BTW, My better half likes zinnias too. It's one of her favorite flowers. Maybe we can get on with a plant swap some time.

Good morning everybody. I have lost count on hatching guienas. 5 turkeys are piped and should be hatching anytime. I have one of the Guienas that looks like none of the rest or like anything i have seen. Its head and tail are striped like the rest but the wings and mid part is all bright white. Then I have three that cant get up on there feet they kick around in there like little frogs. You think they will get better?
Just looking around Looks like splayed legs. Was reading about the bandaid deal anybody ever try this?

OkCarla were did you get the fainting goats at. I used to goats but got rid of them. have brotheres over here, wife starting to get the idea of getting some more but then my brothers billy got out and the dog scared ihim and he bee-lined straigh in to the patio door, shattered it, So I cannot have goats at all.

Maybe if can find some fainting goats cheap she will let have some again. They will have to be pretty cute to change her mind.

Have to tell you I also hated it when my mother insisted on gargling warm salt water for my very frequent sore throats. THEN my mother-in-law in INDIA insisted on the same remedy!
