when I raised fighting games we made round top pens out of a 2x4 frame 4'x4' and took 8' of wire and bowed it up and attache it to the frame on opposit sides, then cut a piece as tall as the top dome point and wired them to front and back, cut a door out in the front panel about 2' square and cut another piece that would overlap the door cut out about 2 to 4 inch and atteched it on the inside of the door frame with wire at the top only then pull it closed and tie on bottom corners with wire to close, quick, easy and relatively cheap, for shade and rain ptotection take a piece ot tar paper (roofing felt or the gravel covered type) about 8' and lay over the back section of the dome and run baling wire across from frame to frame in three spots, front, middle, and back, lay a post or branch acros the frame under the tar paper and attach to frame. These are easy to move and we used cut out landry detergent jugs in the front corners attached to the wire for feed and water. if you are worried about wind turning them over, put a stake in at an angle on the corners or wire a cement block to each corner or use a piece of chain on a cement block with a dog snap to attach it and remove it for moving purposes, sorry a little long winded but hope you can figure out what I am talking about, you can make thes fancier by trimming the front and back panels to match the dome shape and sometimes I used pieces of tin overlaped for a more permanent top. You can make then wider, longer and taller if you want with the same instructions, may need to add cross supports if you go too tall or wide, have made them 4x6 or 8 foot and 6 foot tall and it works good to.
