You lucky girl you !!!, You get smell that great baby smell or is it just me that likes that LOL. Little babies are my one true weakness, I turn all soft and nice. Not a pretty sight LMAO.

LOL Al, no i think we all turn that way. His big sister already has me wrapped around her little finger and loves her CoCo (my oldest Cody), she thinks he is her presonal toy. It is so funny because Cody is the last kid that wants to hold babies or kids.

I love my flock...all the colors of the rainbow....and they are so pretty...I thank God for them everyday,,, they have kept me from going nuts. A huge old flock of hennies and a glass of wine.... I'm set

I live outside of a small town of 400 people called Alderson. It is about 5 miles southeast of McAlester.

I have a close friend who used to work at the one in McAlester. She lives in Indianola. I'm trying to get her into chickens!

One of my best friends used to live in Indianola. We know several people there. Nice community.

Evening folks...watched some good football tonight!

Q - the only manly birds are those listed as Game birds!!! I think I am throwing everything out that isn't a game bird.

nnbreeder - got a buddy that might be interested in some bantam asils...got anything???

Those birds are starting to look really good. After they get some weight on they should slow down on the feed a little. Should be pretty and heavy before winter sets in solid.

You should have less problems with the snarkies too, the worms were putting them under undue stress. I'm truely suprised that none were lost in the de-worming, tough like their mom I guess.

Seems the bantams are more scrappy then the LF are. Whenever I put a new rooster in with my bantam NN hens, or the LF, each hen will go see what that rooster is made of. Sometimes I have to go rescue the new guy.

We use the Ivermectin on the dogs but as I understand that can be fatal to Collies and some other breeds. Wazine I don't know about, yet.

Thanks Les, for all the babysitting you do for me and others...nothing beats experience. Those big BBS roos are not out of the woods...they are still really light. I have them on that electrolyte with the live probiotics....Hoping it helps the tummies a little bit. I rewormed them Tuesday night and got another big load out of them today.....Darned things figured they were gonna take over.... Then they get Rooster Booster and Polyvisol....Hope it all helps...I love them. And you!! Thanks for being there and never making me feel like and idiota!!!
