I am not sure where Port of Catoosa, Quapaw are located, but I have been to Enid and if I remember correctly it seemed more flat out that way. However, around here it is a little more hillier. I like the Pawnee area and around Prue too, but I really like it a lot better up around the Tahlequah area. That area reminds me more of home.

86th street N. and Harvard. It is Sperry... I am not trying to sell it for him but just thought of you.

I just mentioned this to my husband and if Beth isn't interested we might be. Can you tell us more about it?

It was his fathers and he died. We have been using it for a photography studio. Had it set up in the converted garage several years before his dad passed. It has a detatched garage or shop and an old barn. The rest is clear and is now in a hay medow.

Good morning! I have to admit that your post brought a smile to my face and perked me up.
It is above freezing, we are out of bed under our own steam, and life is good.

That sounds better than a "holiday" party. I bet both the teachers and the kids enjoy the treat.

They do! And the parents dont have to feel guilty for not going on a field trip because the school states that there is only enough seating for the students and teachers at the theater so the politely request that parents dont attend.

What is on everbody's agenda today? I have got to get my Christmas shopping finished so I am hoping to do that, and hopefully pick up some supplies for the start of building more chicken coops(my garage just cant hold anymore chickens).

Not having to chaperone a field trip!

Actually, I enjoyed being home room mom and going on all the field trips when our youngest son was in grade school. I was a little sad that junior high didn't have home room moms and parties.

Bethel lets you get as involved as you want to be. They don't have home room moms in JR High but they still throw parties, even the High School and the more parents that want to help the better. If I asked the Principal to wander the school for the day so I could sit in class with my kids and make sure they are doing as they are suppose to it wouldnt be a problem. Its a small school(that it rapidly growing) and most of the parents attend bethel when they were in school. The JR High Principal was my DH's elementary wrestling coach and the school is run more like a large family.

My son was generally well behaved, except when I was there for a party. Then he became the class clown and I was mortified by his behaviour. His teachers would just smile and tell me that he didn't normally act like that.
I did ride the bus to "away" academic team competitions and "away" soccer games. That was sort of fun.
