OOPS! I should have done that today, I knew I was forgetting to do something... it's a real drag getting old. Sorry about that, I'll get some photos of them to you soon. They have gotten big enough to be moved from the brooder out to the grow-out pen, I banded them today and moved them out there so tonight is there first night out of the brooder. They look really good!

Tilled my garden again today. I've been doing it every day for 3 days now so that it will dry out enough to get seed in the ground. I think one more time tomorrow late in the afternoon should do it. I have the Honda FRC800 commercial tiller, that is one great machine!

That is what we did last year at the NPIP training in OKC. We went to lunch afterwards and parked in the shade so all of our birds and eggs wouldn't get too hot, then had a major swap in the parking lot. Some of us got birds from others to deliver to folks who couldn't be there and there was quite a relay of birds from the 4 corners of the State. The class was a few months after our first POOPS, so we had a nice reunion.

I think I will be on vacation during the time the one will be in OKC, but I would really like to try and go to the one in Tahlequah.

sounds like you got all the good stuff, where is this auction located?

yeah i think so , but others may not think so lol ,,,, it is in sallisaw ... i want to go to a blanchard and fletcher auction but i dont know about the 3 hr drive lol

not very many people seem to have the barred hollands do they ? the reason why i am asking about them is because i have acquired some this evening and im supposed to pick them up tomorrow , so i will be breeding them now i suppose since i will have them , and i was told that they are on the critical list or something , do many people like these birds ?
