Okies in the BYC The Original

Just dispatched a large and nasty possum. I saw the motion light come on under the carport and figured it was the raccoon twins trying to get into the feed box again. I went out with the shotgun and discovered the aforementioned possum instead. It snarled at me like something out of Resident Evil and didn't even try to run (the raccoon twins are always gone before I can line up on them). Then the question becomes "what does one do with said dead possum?" I'm not digging a hole for it in the middle of the night, so I'll figure out what to do with it in the morning, if nothing drags it off before then.

Good morning Okies!!!

And

all newbies!!!

Looks like Im the first one to post this morning. We had a long day yesterday and seems like it will be the same for today and tomorrow. Oh well, we will probably get to rest on Sunday.

I'm starting off with a headache but it will be gone soon, just need more coffee! I have alot of work to get done today. Got my patterns all down on my floor & today I start to cut.

The chicken express is working out great!! I love that the Okies have that!

Hi Al good to see ya.

Did you already get them? It is nice to be able send birds just about anywhere in Oklahoma when need be..... Only in Oklahoma, I dont know of any other state this friendly. Make me proud to be an Okie!

No I will get them tomorrow, I talked to him no the phone last night. We have a show that puts me closer to him so I will just go after the show.

I love that we can do that too! I have managed not to tell Maddie so it will be a surprise for her!

Looks like we are all staying very busy, even though the weekend is coming up I have some work around here planned, but have made some plans to take Laura out for some fun on Saturday. All work and no play, you know the rest, why work so hard if we can't enjoy what it is we work so hard for, right !!.

AL
