So...on day 1 of the "new" diet, I have done really well.
We went to Wal-Mart and got "healthy" foods. Fruits, V8 Fusion, water, veggies, fish, beef, chicken...no more pop...at all.
Then at 8:00PM. My attack hit. I HAD to have the pop. OMG...it was CALLING me. I could feel the lack of energy coming at me...
That stuff is ALOT more addicting than they say it is! I was actually thinking of ways to get out of the apartment so I could quench my thirst for a delicious Coca-Cola. My boyfriend said, "Well, maybe we SHOULDN'T quit cold turkey." So, off to McD's we went for some pop.
I'm thinking weaning is more realistic....
As long as I'm on the diet thing...has anyone ever heard of "Slim in 6" as an exercise tape??
