Could it be due to a heart or liver problem? Unfortunately,now she has water belly and I want to find out why, she may be better off with traditional medicine. But I don't know if it's her heart or her liver? Her heart is beating fast and short of breath but her stomach is small and she can easily walk and eat. In fact, the stomach is draining. Is it a problem from the heart or the liver?
