Good thinking about the reservation costs too! I had totally forgot. We all tend to forget what was discussed 3-4 months ago. It is getting close now! I am starting to sort through all my birds, get cages ready, etc.

Thanks to Zoo Mummzy and the other people who took the time to plan or help with this event, I know it will be a blast! You guys are great!

PS- Maybe I am just hungry, but it seems like everything is more fun when there is food and drinks!

Ok, at this time I am planning on driving 185 miles one way to get there.....I have several roosters, and the thought of 185 miles of crowing inside the Subaru is a little daunting. No one has committed to any of them, so I might not bring them and find homes locally if nobody shows any interest. Please let me know if you're interested....anyone? Anyone?

I wish I could say yes, you know I do...but I'm in the same dilemma. I have 3 roosters that no one is showing interest in and the thought of packing them up, stressing them, driving down there with them, stressing them some more and then turning around and bringing them all back is daunting to me too so I completely understand!

Jen, the Americauna eggs and chicks are for me. I would also like a dozen or so of your SQ silkie eggs if you have them. If you don't have that many I'll take what you have :)

Thanks!
Erin

Erin, Thanks for reminding me, I will fix that on my list.

Just thought I would share that cheesecake production is under way

I have decided that the only way I can safely transport this many cheesecakes is to freeze them all (maybe not your gluten free one Chickboss - will decide after I make it). They will be on metal plates, wrapped in plastic and foil and should stay frozen/cold the whole day. If you are refreezing yours, it should be fine. Those getting a cheesecake (or two) may want to bring a box (pans are 12") to put them in to prevent sliding.

Last day for orders will be Monday!

Oregon Jen,
After you fill that SQ silkie egg order, will you have any more? I would love some too!
