Orpington chick help

Hey everyone I'm hoping you can help! My 3 week Orpington has to symmetric raw spots on both sides of her chest, and is seemingly acting appropriate! Tonight I made the choice to separate her for a bit! Plus I noticed in one of her stools a reddish portion, not sure if it's blood or partial stomach lining! I'll post pics tomorrow of her sides, trying to let her sleep now.

Not sure about the chest but my chicks often blood in their poop when they're little. I don't know why; they seem fine and it always clears up though.
I hope you find someone to help with the chest- I've never had that with my chicks.
