Our Mixed Flock Journey!

I am glad you are getting new pleasure from your new camera and photography. It really does stimulate the brain and give so much enjoyment. :love :)
It was good to go out and take pictures...my brain was so full of the technical details, that it was all starting to jumble together! I need to take a lot of pictures and practice changing settings, it's not completely intuitive! I can happily say that I am starting to feel much more confident with it now, but I still have a long way to go! 😄

I used to experiment with settings, (aperture and shutter speeds), and write little notes in a tiny pocket notebook I would keep. Then I would compare results.
I would play with lighting and filters. It was fun and yet it required some focusing of the brain.
It’s a really great hobby. 🥰

As I said above, I went out and sat with the flock today! Finally some pictures of my beauties! The boys are much easier to get good pictures of as they are usually standing around trying to look studly...:gig! Maximus seems to be fully recovered without any intervention from me...I'm so glad I did what @WhoDatChick said and waited to see how he was doing! I haven't seen the new hen since we came home. I think she might have decided that this is not the place she wanted to be, too many roosters. I will go out and look in the coop tonight and see if she is with them and was maybe just hiding out.
