My friends land was "fenced" on three sides. Not for the ducks but was more of a boundry of others property. It was barbed wire; so it didnt make a difference to the ducks, they just stayed. One side; about an acre, ran alongside a road. There was a hill alongside the road so you couldnt see it unless you knew it was there, got out ,and climbed the small hill. The ducks could come and go; many flew in at different times of the year, as ducks/geese do, but most stayed year round. She and her kids bought small ducklings a couple of times and raised them until they got big and then let them go. I do know the ducks she released stayed several years and always came waddling back to her when she went out to visit, but most of the ducks where wild. There was a lot of brush around the pond and we often saw nests with duck eggs in the bushes. She had a couple of small shelters about the size of picnic tables for them but I'm not sure if they used them.
I dont know about the cameras?
