Okay well I have more photos of Taco for everyone! Aaron's graduating party was yesterday and so a lot of his family is in town and got to meet Taco. Aaron's older sister was a little afraid of Taco even though she really loves animals. I think she was afraid that Taco would fly at her...

Haha a girl? Well I wanted it to be a peahen, but Aaron wants it to be a peacock. I want it to be a peahen because I have a theory that if you have a tame peahen maybe her peachicks will be tame too. So far I have noticed my peahens that have hatched out peachicks raise fairly friendly chicks. The peahens eat out of my hand and so do their offspring even at a young age. I was starting to think it might be a girl, are you saying girl because of the wing feathers?

A Pied peachick with one copy of white eye gene shows this much white on the body and wings. Can we call this chick a loud pied ?? On the other hand , a peachick with just one white gene and one pied gene ( no white eye gene) does not show this much white on the body and wings. Did anybody observe ?
