@Erba how are the eggs doing?
I am getting so excited... Getting Bielefelder eggs today... tomorrow Sulmtaler from a different breeder...and then I'll be putting 70+ (I have to keep writing the number because I don't believe it myself!!) eggs in the incubator on Sunday. Don't ask how often I have recalculated to see if my math is right! But it's chicken math... it always correct as long as you end up with more chickens than before.

I candled the eggs yesterday and two were clears. The 18 left including the XXL egg have very good air cell development! A week to go now, and I am very excited.

I am excited to follow your process of hatching all those eggs in your spanking new, state of the art incubator!! You really have to photo document it! PLEASE!!!

I was given the 15 Bielefelder eggs. They had been left in the coop over night. Now with the temperature being so low the hatching rate might not be so great... if any. But there are more hatchings if it doesn't work out. I'll definitly give it a try. Keep your fingers crossed!!!

Folks!! I am so excited!!! 76 eggs are going into the incubator tomorrow! And ....drum roll please!!!.... I got my very first egg from my second breeding group today!!!

21 days. After 18 days they get removed from the egg turner and placed onto a tray with flat surface. And hopefully on day 21 (give or take a day) they will hatch.
