Penicillin for Ducks

Hello guys!! I am in dire need of some help! My duck has been having foot issues for a long time, I think she has bumble foot for over 2 months or an abscess of some sort. She has a huge bubble on the bottom of her foot and the top. I got her penicillin g and needless to inject her. She is a small khaki Campbell and I was wondering the dosage. Please help, I think she may die if I don't fix it.
