My Pearl is quite shy. I have another one (Black) that looks almost the same, but she’s not shy at all and often comes to me to get ‘patted’ on the back.

This is lucky ducky. Named because she is lucky to be alive, and she is a duck. She was from a crushed egg under her momme duck. I took her in as soon as I found her. She wasn't even close to absorbing the yolk. When she finally finished she was shrink wrapped and needed major help to get out. Was to weak to even lift her head by the next morning.

This is lucky duck's momma and one of her slightly younger siblings.

This is tiny, also lucky to be alive.

These are two chicks we hat hatched late winter, early spring.
