I guess I could screw a platform on top of the slidey thing for the mini door and go off of that.

Here are a few more pics of some of the birds I got. I added, 2 duns ( one pic attached), a blue check with white flights (pic attached), a beautiful grizzle ( pic attached), along with 4 other blue bars, one with white flights which I absolutely love!

Good looking new birds!

@KiwiandPeachthePigeons is there a structure behind the wall with the sliding door or is it just a solid wall? Maybe you could build a small loft with nest boxes and attach it.

I was supposed to be selling these two this week but I've become hopelessly attached to the one of the left. She feels like a hen compared to her mother and father and she has a great personality. She's very friendly just like her dad. Are there any problems (aside from inbreeding which would be prevented) with keeping two hens and a cock together or should they get along? Before I had a surplus of males and having just a pair is very peaceful, but if extra hens wouldn't cause an issue I'd love to keep her around. No offense to the other squeaker, he's a good looking bird too but he hasn't won me over with sweetness :)

That’s how it initially was supposed to be but I can’t do that by myself. If I had the time, patience and supplies and someone who actually knows what they are doing then I could get it done.

Nugget update! He’s been going to the floor where Peach gives him “pigeon lessons”. I always have to put him back up in the ledge in the events though since he can’t fly all the way back up. He’s eating and drinking by himself, and I filled up their bath and he loved it. He’s really turning into an actual pigeon!

He’s been a little skittish around me lately, so I’m trying to earn back his trust.

Breeding parent to offspring is not generally considered an inbreeding problem as is allowing siblings to breed.

Really cute birds!:love

Two hens and a cock should get along fine.
I presently have a huge surplus of cockbirds so I totally understand how you are enjoying a bit of peace!

Qwerty.... wow, that was easy to type! Haha.

I don't think the hen will mess it up... They don't add much drama, as for as noise and driving other birds. so I think you will be happy to keep her. :)

On a side note, I have been surprised at how dominant white birds tend to be! I have two blue bars mated together, and there baby's seem like they're going to be mostly white. this happens alot. Or a mostly white bird with a checked bird, and the babies are mostly white... Anywho, just a thought.
