The winds gotten crazy here and it knocked over the pigeon coop! I grabbed them and put them in a separate cage in the laundry room until the wind calms down. I think my shelf setup got ruined in the process :(

Okay. Do not take this as the best option, but it is a option...

when I was into rollers, I was having a disease wipe out my flock. I thought it was worms, but looking back, I don't know. The symptoms were lethargy, stopped eating, got weak and couldn't fly, and, a little bit of neck craning, although very very little, etc. Why I say I don't know if it was worms, was, because there droppings never showed signs of them. (There droppings weren't good, but no little worms in them. I did not know what to do. So I talked to a local pigeon fancuer, and this is what he said:

Give them Ivermectin, the injectable for cattle and swine. Give them 2cc per gallon of water. No more!

So, hesitantly I did it. (I had lost 9 birds by this point). Well, within a week my birds were 110%. I don't know what it was, and why it helped, but but worked. Now, I HATE to treat birds, especially when I don't know what it is, but I had no choice. Now, if you do this, keep the med out of sunlight, and treat for a max of three days. (Don't give your other birds this, if they are healthy). It is expensive, but take care of it and it will last. To be honest, I have considered using it to treat other things, as it seemed to work like magic. You may have a hard time finding it, as it supposedly treats covid. People started to consume it, which is not smart to do! So, it may need to be bought online. TSC normally has it in store, if you have one in your area.

I understand you have already wormed, but so did I before I used this. So, if it doesn't get bettsr, give it a go.

*any one reading this in the future*

Do not use for simple things such as coccidiosis. This med is supposed to be injected in cattle and swine. This can take a toll on the birds, I'm sure. If there is a med that works better than this, and is specified for pigeons, use that first.

I used ivermectin to treat mites on my chickens and it worked pretty well. I’ve also heard about it being used for worms.

Thankyou!!!

Okay, I thought that was maybe it, but I was getting confused between albino and white. I really need to spend more time studying genitics, but where do I start!

Check out this site. (When you have time to devote a few hours! ) :D
https://learn.genetics.utah.edu/

This interactive portion is very cool, if you can explore it on desktop mode, as mobile is not supported for it. :( It gives explanations, then kind of a fun interactive “test” before advancing to the next section.
https://learn.genetics.utah.edu/content/pigeons/pigeonetics/

I still refer back to it a ton, because as hard as I try, certain things about genetics just do not stick to my brain.
