Was it like no chicken just these two red eyes looking at you from the darkness!
Oh no.. he had a weird glow to his feathers too.. :lau

Nice bird! I've seen them before, but most have a little red on their comb. So would that one be pushing show quality? I like that gray ee in the back! If I was getting chickens, I would get them off of ya!
Most of mine are close but there is a little bit of red in one guys comb. Mine are still considered pet quality tho, Im not really working on a breeding program with them. There just isn't enough interest in the brees here for me to put that much time into them. :oops:

Ive talked with them about it repeatedly but they always say the same thing..cluck cluck.. then go hide more eggs..:gig

I decided they were too "fad"ish for me, and require much too strenuous culling to actually breed them correctly. I've had a hard enough time weeding out bantam cochins. I'd never make it with AC's :p

Yeah, Id like to sell them all tbh.. I have 2 cuckoo marans hens and would like a roo to go with them but Im supposed to be downsizing not adding..:lau
