From the wrong pair. In the cage without a nest. That I wanted to enter in a show on the 11th.

Well, I gave them a nest. We'll see if she lays another egg in there and if they sit on them, or if they're even fertile. If they're not fertile, they're going to the show, darn it. Lol. I could enter the cream yellow bar pair instead but my luck I'll enter them and then they'll start laying too.

Can any of you inform me on the following? (Please keep in mind I don’t own pigeons and I’m not an expert on them):

Most Friday evenings I attend a semi-local Poultry Auction. They usually sell Chickens, Ducks, Quail, and other miscellaneous poultry/livestock.... this time they had a pigeon! I wish I would’ve taken a photo of him!! Is it legal to sell pigeons without a license?

I really do not know. I can only say I have been doing it in Canada for decades with no repercussions.

Oh yes I sold my best homing pigeon 22 times.
