I don't think there is such a thing (too short) to be able too feed. That species would certainly extinct. :idunno:old

In the wild, for sure, but in captivity the young can be fostered to pairs of other breeds to raise, or handfed.

Here's an African Owl that I imagine would have a very hard time feeding babies:

Maybe not though - maybe they still can raise young just fine on their own.
