Piper has started to sing!

Very nice voice he has. Make sure you have perches of varied diameter in there to prevent pressure sores on his feet down the road. Its important they have different sized and textured surfaces to grasp. A soft rope perch is an excellent option. My canary loves his. A small swing too!

I candled the tumbler's egg and it is developing. Fingers crossed this one makes it to hatch.

Two, darn it. First egg they laid started but quit. Second wasn't fertile, even though I saw them mate. This one is developing, so fingers crossed. They always lay a single egg, too.
