pink feathers on trout runners???

that was taken less than an hour after they put back in the playpen thingy and look at the state of it!

its not as bad as it used to be though because now they only spend like 30% of the day in the pen and the rest in the bath or around the house thank god!
 
i know i shouldnt have faves but donald is my fave lol he is so funny! (i dont know if he is a he yet tho) but yeah hes funny, like when i turn the lights on in a morning he does a little dance its so cute!

im gonna get a bigger memory card for this camera so i can record vids on it, the memory card is only 16mb

i just got a good pic of the feathers coming through they are obviously not pink lol

They might end up being trout color after all. The female mallard has those colored feathers that are coming in, and I think all mallards do as juveniles. But I could be completely wrong.
