Anyone wondering about my suspicions about Georgie, here's why. 'She' poses like this a lot, especially if I alarm the group. The others kind of duck down, but not Georgie. 'She' also is starting to get some reddish hackle feathers already.
'She' is also huge next to Louise, who is the same breed and age, and 'her' feet are massive in comparison to Louise's:
And, well, 'she' is just acting an awful lot like Po and Hika Ma did last year. :/
Anyway, lookie what I did today! The brooder's now roughly twice the size it was before!

(Don't mind the picture quality. The camera didn't want to flash on the setting I had it on, and it didn't do well. It made the water look pretty nasty, too...

)
When I first put them back in there, they were totally lost!

Then, they had a nice preen.
And, of course, I couldn't complete a post without some Elda love. She thought I was opening the gate up for play time, but I had it open to take pictures.
Cuddles! Cuddles whether Elda wants them or not! (She was fine, she just was wanting to explore the bare carpet more than she was wanting to cuddle.
