PLEASE HELP,Bloody watery poop?!??😰 9wk old chick

When I was cleaning my brooder of older chicks ,I placed the chicks in a large box temporarily to clean out the brooder ,once I finished and placed them back in the brooder and noticed one of them made a very watery slightly bloody poop? I am very concerned and do not know what this could be or how to treat it ,please if anyone knows anything please help.

How old are the chicks? Can you get some Corid liquid or powder at your feed store, and try to treat them all for possible coccidiosis? Dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water given for 5-7 days.
