Please help! Chicks alive in egg after 24 days.

i had 8 eggs and 6 hatched on days 21 & 22 it is now day 24 and i still have 2 eggs that are moving and have finally internally pipped. Should I just leave them be or do they need any kind of assistance at this point. Thank you!

this is my first time hatching eggs and the two that haven’t hatched yet we’re right beside each other in the incubator. I’m assuming that area of my incubator didn’t get warm enough but that’s just a guess.

Update I left them alone and one has pipped. Day 24 is crazy I feel like.
