Please help I found my hen bloodied in the coop, alive but not moving!

Just went to check in on her. She moved her head side ways and looked at me with her left eye. I don’t know if that’s a sign her neck is not broken. She is still breathing from her mouth. She also flapped her wing at me and tried to get up again using her good foot. I am stuck between thinking I am helping her get through this and thinking I am postponing the inevitable.

Hey everyone,
Our girl was a fighter till the very end but she did not make it. There were a lot of tears but I am happy I was next to her when she passed. I believe the trauma to her neck was too hard on her. Her breathing got worse and her poop smelled extremely faulty which made me realize she might not make it. I did not believe I could get so attached to a hen but I did and I definitely will again.
Thank you to every single person who replied to my post or contributed in any way.
All the best always.
