I found this little one outside at work yesterday and do not know the age, sex or breed. Can anyone please help me figure this out?

Yes, but they are several years old and we raised them from 1 day old chicks. We thought one of our broody girls would be a warm companion but it was a no go. We are keeping this little one indoors for now because it’s too cold here
You've done a great job. Do you have a heat lamp? She's a bit young to be off the heat. She's also huddled, which is a bad sign. I hope it's only that she's cold.

Has she eaten or drunk anything since you found her?

Poor bird.
I would say 2-3 weeks.
She looks cold. Do you have a heat source you can put her near?
She's likely to be a mix. I do believe it to be a girl, despite it being so early.
Yes, the enclosure we set up for her last night has a heat lamp but I have no clue how long she was alone before I found her. I found her pretty early in the morning yesterday and luckily had chicken food in the car and placed her in a box under an office lamp until I got off work. I took her out to take pictures.

She now has an enclosure with a heat lamp that I set up last night when I got her home. The poor thing seems to prefer being cuddled versus being alone in the enclosure 🥺 She has eaten and drinks well but is thin. I hope she wasn’t alone too long before I found her.

Amer? What breed is that?
And that’s the same pic as yesterday...? In which she looks like she’s feeling sucky.
The rest is posted. I didn’t expect a miracle recovery from yesterday but her voice is “happier” and not such a stress chirp. She’s eating like crazy and acting like a “normal” chicken instead of staying huddled/poofed with eyes closed. I found her in the cold running from crows. She was cold and skinny. So when I say “better” that still seems accurate since her previous day was pretty sucky 🥺
